The annual SAIS membership fee is SEK 100. Membership is valid for one calendar year and includes:
- Membership benefits offered through the European Association for Artificial Intelligence (EurAI)
- Access to the SAIS annual workshop and other SAIS activities
- Access to the SAIS mailing list, where AI-related information and opportunities in Sweden are shared
Become a member
New members must apply for membership before paying the membership fee.
To apply, please email Einav Peretz Andersson at einav.peretz.andersson@ju.se and provide:
- Your full name
- Email address
- Affiliation
Once your membership has been approved, you will receive confirmation and payment instructions. Please do not pay the membership fee before receiving this confirmation.
Membership renewal and payment
Current members should renew their membership annually by paying the SEK 100 membership fee by 31 December for the following calendar year. For example, a payment made by 31 December 2026 covers membership for 2027.

- Payment reference: Your full name and membership year, for example, “Anna Andersson 2027”
- Due date: 31 December for the following membership year
A payment reminder will be sent to registered members before the due date.
